Information for Registered Students

General Information

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration. Approximately 7 to 14 days before your class you will receive a final reconfirmation which will include any last minute special instructions.

If for some reason you are unable to attend the class for which you are registered, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do whatever we can to accommodate your changes. At any time up to the start of a class you may chose to roll over to another class or send another staff member. Class withdrawals on the day of the class are considered no shows and are not refundable.


Due to road contruction, we generally send maps and directions to enrolled students approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the start of the class. Most students are most comfortable with their transportation, mostly a rental car, at our locations. Should you have questions about this don't hesitate to call.


People who are coming from a distance and taking classes over multiple days may want to stay nearby. The facility info sheet for the east coast (New Jersey) and for the west coast (California) have information on nearby places in a variety of price ranges. Even if you are just with us for one day restaurants in the area are plentiful.
