Ever wonder how those winning competition pieces are done? Heres how. Many picture framers are mystified when it comes to working with wood, yet we are all professional woodworkers in some respects. In this two-day class you will learn about and use all the power tools in the woodshop, and examine how those tools can be productive assets in a custom framing environment. You will work with a table saw, band saw, jointer and router. You will learn to mill your own molding from raw wood and join it using traditional woodworking joints. This class is intended for the professional seeking another important skill set in their repertoire. No prior woodworking experience is necessary. Class #DC4xxxx41, 2 days, $350.
