2 Free On-Line Classes

Responding to your request for timely internet based education, Prestige Framing Academy has scheduled 2 new free on-line classes. The first is entitled Improving Your Internet Presence and is intended for small business owners and managers. It will talk about what you must have online to make your business visible to your clients and viable economically. This class will be given on Monday evening March 10^th at 7pm ET and repeated the same vening at 7PM PT.

The second class, Survival of the Fittest: How to Get Ahead in 2010 and Beyond, talks about business savvy. Checklists are provided to allow you to see how you are doing and more importantly where you can improve. These online classes are completely free. Register Here Free!

Free On-Site Programming for PPFA Chapters

PPFA 2010 in Anaheim gave Stuart Altschuler, CPF®, GCF, an opportunity to renew his offer to chapters to provide local programming at no charge. Last year a few chapters took advantage of these programs and they were well received. The program will continue for the 2010-2011 season. If you are a Chapter Leader and are interested you may view the different programs that are available and contact us to make arrangements. This generous offer, funded entirely by Prestige Framing Academy, LLC, is without restriction except that you may use it only once. Altschuler is also a PPFA accredited judge and will be available to judge your print competition as well.

Do you want to learn how to frame pictures?
Prestige Framing Academy offers hands-on 2 ½ and 5 day picture framing classes for beginners and those with less than one year's experience. With our two facilities, one in Massachusetts and one in California, there is sure to be a location convenient to you. Each class provides a balance of live classroom learning with supervised hands-on project work. Students execute projects from inception to completion.

Basic Introduction to Picture Framing is our week long signature class. You enter with no experience and exit with a working knowledge of framing fundamentals.

Picture Framing for Artists and Photographers is intended for those who will be framing their own works for resale. In 2 ½ days, it provides the same type of training as our week long class without the sales and design sections.
